B952 CuBe2 copper alloy is a beryllium copper alloy with the highest mechanical properties (its resistance can reach 1500 MPa after work hardening).

 

Its excellent mechanical properties are associated with good electrical conductivity (approx. 25% IACS) and thermal conductivity, its antimagnetic properties, good wear resistance and most corrosive environments, as well as its good resistance to cryogenic temperatures, favor its use In most cases.

Applications

The most commonly used beryllium copper and is notable for exhibiting the highest strength and hardness compared to commercial copper alloys. Its strength and hardness is similar to that of steel. The hardness properties of the B952 CuBe2 alloy make it ideal for use in industrial sectors, especially in electromechanics, connectors, aeronautics, mechanics and plastic injection.
